Due to a new vacancy in the team, they are currently seeking a bright and engaged Customer Service Executive to handle inbound enquiries from customers regarding stock, quotes/prices, or to provide information, as well as status updates, deliveries, and to process detailed orders to the highest standards.
This will suit someone who has exceptional communication, with a high regard for accuracy and service delivery, as well as experience in a similar position.
You will be required to work 9 - 5:30 Monday - Friday, and will be supported by a highly professional manager, as well as their approachable and supportive team.
In return, you will join a large organisation with opportunity to be part of a close nit team with an above market rate of $24 per hour + Super. This is a long term position with very realistic chances of becoming permanent.
